Associate Director, GU Key Customer Strategy Marketing

Exelixis seeks an Associate Director to develop and execute genitourinary marketing strategy, managing key customer engagement, advisory boards, and market intelligence initiatives. The role collaborates across commercial teams to support brand objectives and field operations in the oncology space.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of key customer advisory boards, including budget management and compliance
• Develop peer-to-peer speaker bureau content aligned with brand strategy objectives
• Partner with field, sales, and access teams on thought leader engagement and regional account strategies
• Capture and analyze market intelligence from congresses and competitive activities to inform strategy
• Track and report marketing KPIs and brand performance to senior leadership and field organization

Requirements

• Master's degree in related field with 9 years relevant experience, or BS/BA with 11 years experience
• Product marketing, field sales, or market research experience in pharmaceutical or biotech
• Demonstrated expertise engaging key opinion leaders and institutional stakeholders
• Pharmaceutical marketing and brand strategy development background
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to prioritize, influence without authority, and drive execution
• Understanding of FDA pharmaceutical promotion regulations and legal/medical/regulatory review processes
• Oncology experience strongly preferred; management consulting experience a plus

Compensation: $195,000 - $277,500 base annually, plus discretionary bonus, benefits, stock purchase, and long-term incentives
