Account Service Manager Senior

Account Service Manager Senior Work virtually full‑time with required in‑person training sessions and occasional on‑site visits. Position may be considered in locations within commuting distance of an office (California, Colorado, Nevada, Washington State). Key Responsibilities Provide strategic planning and account management for large accounts. Direct and manage the administration of contractual requirements and obligations. Manage the new and renewal implementation process for accounts. Interface with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services. Maintain ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customer’s organization. Make recommendations for improvements to meet customer expectations. Develop implementation processes and manage reporting processes to ensure client retention and high levels of account satisfaction. Provide both on‑site and off‑site account management, including interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, and resolving claims, benefit and enrollment issues. Present monthly, ad‑hoc, mid‑year, and annual utilization and benefit reporting to the broker and client. Coordinate open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions. Participate in efforts to support standardization across accounts and work with multi‑disciplinary teams to design and implement product and operational enhancements. Provide guidance or expertise to less experienced account service managers. Make routine account visits. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Vaccination against COVID‑19 and Influenza is required for patient/member‑facing roles. Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary. Preferred Skills Client‑facing account management experience. Experience with large enterprise accounts. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Locations California Colorado Nevada Washington State Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $86,960 to $150,006.
