What You Will Be Doing Shape and execute the vision for the Inside Sales function, driving incremental revenue growth. Oversee a high‑performing team of 16 Inside Sales Representatives across Fairhaven, MA and Carlsbad, CA. Elevate performance through coaching, skill development and data‑driven sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels. Partner closely with sales leadership to analyze performance, deliver actionable insights and translate analytics into growth initiatives. Champion operational excellence by optimizing processes, enhancing reporting and building scalable strategies. Develop talent, strengthen succession pipelines and position the Inside Sales organization to meet short‑ and long‑term business objectives. What You Bring 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience. Golf‑industry experience. Demonstrated success with phone‑based sales. Customer‑service experience (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership and supervisory experience. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, sales execution and process improvement.
