THE GIST:

Our client, a rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI startup, is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to create an exceptional employee and candidate experience. This highly visible role blends workplace operations with recruiting coordination, ensuring the office runs seamlessly while delivering a best-in-class interview experience.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Act as the go-to person for both employees and prospective candidates
• Cultivate & champion a welcoming & positive office culture
• Own day-to-day workplace operations, including vendors, facilities, office services, and inventory management
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate logistics from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and building management
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, IT, and Leadership to support hiring and onboarding
• Improve operational processes, create SOPs, and identify opportunities to scale office operations
• Coordinate office projects, vendor negotiations, and workplace improvements as the company grows
• Assist with other ad hoc administrative & operational tasks, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 4+ years of workplace operations, office management, recruiting coordination, or similar role
• Experience working a tech startup or high-growth tech company highly preferred
• Experience managing vendors, facilities, and building relationships
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong scheduling and calendar management experience
• Professional, warm communication skills with excellent judgment and discretion
• Self-starter who enjoys building processes and solving problems in a high-growth environment

COMPENSATION: $110k-120k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
