Part Time Front Desk / Sales Assistant

Bach To Rock Front Desk AssociateTo greet clients, answer incoming phone calls, help manage instructor schedules, provide general administrative support to the B2R management team, and make outbound sales calls to leads obtained at events (no cold calling). There are currently a variety of opportunities at both our Plymouth and Minnetonka locations. We will discuss which would work best for you on a screen Zoom call.Specific duties and responsibilities include the following but the individual will also be expected to perform all the duties necessary which are customarily performed by a person holding this position. Other duties may be assigned.To greet clients and prospective clients in a polite and courteous mannerTo respond to internal and external phone calls and emailTo assist with maintaining the school schedule and make-up lessonsTo assist B2R management in the active recruitment and registration of new students, which may include leading facility tours and making outbound sales calls to leads obtained at eventsTo assist B2R management in customer service calls to aid in client retentionTo assist with entering registration and payment information into the B2R contact manager softwareTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. We are looking for someone who can offer at least 2 days a week, possibly covering shifts of other team members when needed. During Summer Camp season, some shifts may start as early as 9am. We are looking for someone reliable, punctual, and organized to represent our school at the front desk.Bach to Rock offers the opportunity to work a flexible part time schedule in a fun environment with other like-minded musicians.
