Step into a dynamic role supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This onsite contract position presents an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ communication abilities and overall academic success. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for state licensure in Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, although Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Recent experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP development and case management a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students onsite
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy objectives within the classroom setting
• Regularly monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed to ensure continued growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation corresponding to local and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student success
