The Technology Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our software and technology team. This position is based out of either our Chicago, IL or New York, NY offices. Responsibilities: Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management Performs financial analysis and modeling Conducts industry research and business due diligence Participates in marketing efforts Develops client presentation materials Qualifications: Three or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting) Sell side M&A experience preferred Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and organization skills Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines Work Requirements: BGL is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled. Full-Time Salary Range

$175,000—$225,000 USD
