VP of Accounting & Finance | Construction Industry | Greater Nashville Area $200-250k I'm partnering on a newly created VP of Accounting & Finance search for a well-established, diversified privately held business with operations spanning several industries including construction, real estate/property management, agriculture, and more. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to ownership and serving as a key voice at the executive table. The right leader will bring a balance of strategic finance leadership + hands-on accounting execution, helping guide growth, improve financial infrastructure, support acquisitions/development activity, and provide sound financial partnership to ownership.
