Job Description
We’re currently hiring experienced cooks to join the team at a prestigious hotel in the Westshore Tampa area . This is a great opportunity for candidates with kitchen experience who are looking to grow in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food following standard recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Handle ingredients and kitchen equipment necessary for food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and all kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with the preparation of additional food items as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties to support efficient, high-quality kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook required.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work AM/PM shifts. Must be able to work either shift. Start time for 1st shift ranges from 5am to 7am; 2nd shift hours range from 3-4pm.

Responsabilidades:
- Preparar y cocinar alimentos siguiendo recetas estándar para garantizar una calidad consistente.
- Manejar ingredientes y equipos de cocina necesarios para la preparación de alimentos.
- Mantener la limpieza y organización de las estaciones de trabajo y todas las áreas de cocina.
- Seguir las normas de seguridad alimentaria e higiene para garantizar un ambiente de trabajo seguro.
- Ayudar en la preparación de otros alimentos según sea necesario.
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas para apoyar operaciones de cocina eficientes y de alta calidad.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa como cocinero.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar entre semana, fines de semana y días festivos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos AM/PM. Debe tener disponibilidad para cualquiera de los dos turnos. El horario de inicio del primer turno es entre las 5:00 a. m. y las 7:00 a. m., mientras que el segundo turno comienza entre las 3:00 p. m. y las 4:00 p. m.
