Cook — 1UP Entertainment + Social Carrollwood / Tampa, FL 1UP is a scratch kitchen inside a bowling, axe, golf‑sim, VR, and arcade venue. We're hiring experienced cooks who bring great attitude, integrity, and a real team‑first mindset to the line. What you'll do Cook to recipe — portions, temps, plating — and put out consistent food, ticket after ticket. Run your station with a sense of urgency: read the rail, fire on time, communicate clearly with expo and the team. Handle open and close cleaning, daily prep, restocking to par, and keeping inventory sheets accurate. Clean as you go — station, equipment, kitchen floors, and assist with dish when needed. Everyone helps keep the kitchen tight. Flag issues to management early and jump in wherever the team needs you. What we need Prior kitchen experience in a high‑volume restaurant or bar. Great attitude, integrity, and team‑player mindset — non‑negotiable. Good communication skills — with the line, expo, and management. Able to read a POS ticket and prepare multiple orders quickly and accurately. Available late nights, weekends, and holidays , and willing to pick up extra shifts as needed. Stand and move for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, work hot/cold conditions.* Age 18+. Food handler certification (or willing to get one).
