Management Analyst II

Management Analyst IIKalman & Company is seeking to hire a Management Analyst II. This position supports a government program in Crane, IN. This role is tied to a government proposal. The projected award date is early 2027. You will lead the analytical work behind a large property accountability program: evaluating financial records, shaping audit-readiness strategy, and recommending improvements to Government leadership.Role & ResponsibilitiesIncludes the following:Lead analysis of property and asset financial data and recommend accounting and process improvements.Direct audit-readiness (FIAR) preparation and support external compliance reviews.Design performance metrics and management reports for property operations.Mentor junior analysts and review their work products.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory/management authorityBasic QualificationsU.S. citizenship (required for all positions on this program)Active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one; must be eligible for a Tier 3 background investigation before system access7+ years of management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis experienceKalman & Company, Inc. maintains a drug-free workplace and performs pre-employment and random substance abuse testing and background verification checks.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any fieldExperience in U.S. Navy programs or operationsEngineering or science management, operations research, or cost analysis backgroundWork Environment: Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.Highlights include:401(k) company match to help you build long-term financial securityPaid time offMedical, dental, and vision insurance, plus prescription drug coverageBasic life and AD&D insurance, with supplemental life optionsShort-term and long-term disability coveragePaid holidays
