Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys keeping people, processes, and operations running smoothly?

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the administrative side of Human Resources-from onboarding new employees and managing benefits to coordinating travel, maintaining employee records, and keeping the office running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage employee onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data
• Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments and changes
• Coordinate executive and employee travel arrangements
• Manage HR email communications and respond to employee inquiries
• Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Support office operations and maintain an organized workplace
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Assist leadership with HR projects and administrative support

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with employee onboarding, HR administration, and benefits
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
• Experience in construction, home services, or a fast-paced sales environment is preferred
