Regulatory Affairs Specialist I

Spray Foam Foreman TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking an experienced Spray Foam Foreman to join our growing production team based out of Wells, Maine. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone with strong spray foam installation experience who takes pride in quality work, customer service, and leading a small crew in the field. What We Offer Weekly hourly pay, plus weekly performance bonuses

• 30-$54/hour effective rate with bonuses
• 60,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential

Full-time, year-round work Health, dental, and vision insurance Earned time off + paid holidays 401(k) with employer contribution Life insurance Company‑provided tools and equipment Ongoing training and development opportunities What You’ll Do Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members on residential job sites Safely load materials, tools, and equipment onto company vehicles each day Drive to customer homes and professionally communicate the scope of work Perform spray foam insulation installation according to company standards and safety guidelines Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, including Graco plural component systems Review completed work with homeowners to ensure satisfaction Document appointments using company tablets, including notes and before/after photos Communicate job progress and completion status with the office Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition Deliver a remarkable customer experience on every project What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of spray foam insulation installation experience required Experience operating Graco plural component spray foam equipment required Spray foam certification preferred Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred Knowledge of construction or related trades helpful Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to understand and communicate in English preferred Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude Physical Requirements Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment Ability to work in crawl spaces and confined areas as needed Ability to stand, bend, climb, and move throughout the workday Occasional overnight travel may be required About TC Hafford Basement Systems For over 30 years, TC Hafford Basement Systems has provided trusted basement waterproofing, insulation, and foundation repair services throughout Maine and southeastern New Hampshire.
