Division Vice President (DVP)

Posting Date: 05/11/2026 Location: 2205 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, Florida, 33606-1536, United States of America Division Vice President of Operations We are currently seeking a Division Vice President of Operations to join our Village and guide the operations of our dialysis services business across our Endeavor division. You will lead a team of 6-7 direct reports, ~50 centers (chronic dialysis centers and home dialysis programs) with annual revenues of ~$250+M with 1,000+ teammates. As Divisional Vice President, this position is responsible for the general management and oversight of operations within an assigned division. In this role you will provide strategic, tactical and team leadership, counsel and direction to field management and ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. Additionally, you will identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, lead division performance, and work closely with the Group Vice President and business development team to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values. We’re looking for an exceptional strategic leader with a strong ownership mindset who consistently and proactively seeks ways to improve the business and operationalize new ideas and insights. Our candidate must also be a strong team leader, able to attract, develop and retain talent. The Vice President of Operations will engage at all levels of the enterprise and, specifically, will be a key thought partner working closely with the GVP as well as Finance, Strategy, People Services and Business Development teams. Responsibilities Provide leadership to direct reports and division team, including the direct supervision, development of and accountability for the performance of the staff Oversee and/or manage all teammate employment activity effectively and professionally including hiring, promoting, job performance, evaluations, compensation, teammate relations, disciplinary actions and terminations Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division Manage financial and revenue growth, operations and labor management, contract management and clinical outcomes within the division Fulfill broad-reaching, strategic responsibility for the development and implementation of proactive programs, operational improvements, communications and other division-specific general management responsibilities related to all modalities (chronic, acute, PD, home) within the assigned division. This includes leading the creation and implementation of DaVita’s operating strategies within all modalities based on the identification of Best Demonstrated Practices.
