Now Hiring: Overnight Dispatcher
- Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatcher to support both office and warehouse operations in a hybrid role. This position is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable helping with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries, maintaining communication throughout shifts
Prepare delivery paperwork and invoices accurately
Enter orders and data into dispatch software
Track route progress and monitor driver activity
Assist with basic warehouse duties like verifying shipments or organizing documents
Troubleshoot delivery issues and communicate route changes as needed
Maintain driver logs and delivery documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience in dispatching, logistics, or warehouse coordination preferred
Strong data entry, multitasking, and communication skills
Comfortable with computers and physical warehouse tasks
Must be dependable and able to work overnight hours consistently
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
