Mobile Maintenance Mechanic - JLL

What this job involves:

The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic performs both preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems across assigned facilities. This roleassistssenior mechanics in maintenance and repair efforts while independently performing defined tasks. The position encompasses inspections and repairs of property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting to ensureoptimalfacility operations and client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts whilemaintainingand repairing plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps

• Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture throughout assigned facilities

• Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems to ensure compliance

• Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform generalhandymantasks tomaintainbuildings

• Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned

• Prioritize all preventative maintenance, corrective and emergent work orders for assigned sites (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily)

• Update work order status in real timeutilizingCMMS system and escalate problems or issues to customers and managementin a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing

• Experience with hand tools and power tools

• Proficiencyin basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, CMMS (Maximo)

• Physical ability tolift upto 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPA Universal License

• Building Automation System (BAS) experience

• Preventative maintenance experience on HVAC equipment

Location: Mobile position coveringDenver,COand surrounding area.

Work Shift: Standard business hours with on-call availability

Estimated compensation for this position:

62,400.00 - 66,560.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
