Print & Fulfillment Coordinator

As a Print & Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll help manufacture and ship our products. This part‑time, hands‑on role is perfect for adaptable generalists eager to grow with a startup. No experience in print or fulfillment needed, just an open mind, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Operate printing equipment to produce high quality printed patches Maintain consistent quality control and ensure order accuracy Pick, pack and ship customer orders Process files using Photoshop to ensure accurate and quality prints Maintain and clean print equipment and warehouse space Receive incoming shipments and accurately log inventory Process returns and restock items as needed Meet daily print & order fulfillment targets Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and increase efficiency Can work independently Qualifications Comfortable standing for 4‑8 hour shifts, and performing repetitive physical tasks Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with performance metrics Availability & Scheduling Must be able to commute to Austin, TX 78728 (on‑site role) Part‑time position with daytime shifts (4–8 hours per shift) Minimum of 3 days per week, with potential for additional days Mon‑Fri availability required Weekend availability optional Flexibility to work additional hours, during peak seasons or high‑demands periods as needed Compensation Starts at US$16/ hr Fixed term contract Potential to transition to a permanent role after contract period Opportunity for growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr SwapWear
