Position Summary

• The GSC FP&A Business Finance Controller role supports multiple activities in the GSC North America scope, special focus in set of plants (cluster) and some other transversal activities supporting all plants & distributions Centers within NAM Ops
• This role is for you if you are looking to learn about different aspects of the Global Supply Chain within Nam Ops (volume drivers, productivity drivers, market, business partnering, storytelling) and gives exposure to all aspects covered at the regional level
• In addition, the role has exposure to all the Plant Cluster Controllers within the cluster and multiple other members of leadership (both finance and operations)
• Our team is looking to add the next FP&A expert and help drive synergies in the recently announced combined FP&A Analysis teams
• GSC NAM is a large, complex, fast-moving organization that touches all Business/Divisions/Functions with exposure to multiple global teams
• The FP&A team is tasked with governance over the monthly/quarter/forecast reporting cycles along with turning a mass amount of data into actionable insights for GSC leadership and NAM Ops leadership
• GSC NAM FP&A is an excellent place to accelerate your career and really see how GSC impacts for the NAM Ops and Global GSC landscape
• There is a once in a generation investment going on as we open multiple plants and strategically plan for future growth and GSC FP&A is a key voice driving the analysis and reporting

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the full reporting process for NAM (~6B€ COGS) across 40 plants and distribution centers
• Assist in driving forecast and other planning processes (Prior, ARC, etc)
• Point of contact for Plant controllers and GSC platform to guide in reporting processes
• Liaison with COE Data Mgmt teams to ensure accuracy of data between multiple systems
• Translate GSC actions into Front office P&L impacts across all BU's/Divisions
• Key point of contact for commercial, front office FP&A team members, country CFOs to help drive P&L analysis
• Drive variance and residual analysis reported to Global GSC and Global LoBs (if applicable to your plants)
• Communicate Back Office impacts to global and NAM Ops teams utilizing global reporting tools
• Ad-hoc requests from management during month end and forecast cycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent
• At least 5+ years of work experience
• Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in SQL

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to work with large set of data and identify patterns
• Excellent organizational skills including handling multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
• Interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to interact with various management levels
• Working knowledge of Accounting and Controlling principles and procedur es

• At least 5+ years of relevant work experience
