Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $55+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Arnold, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Full‑time RN opportunity working Monday–Friday between 8:30am–5pm in Annapolis and South Anne Arundel County. $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full time. Benefits Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave Vision, dental and medical health plans Employer‑paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Direct deposit Employee assistance program Weekly pay and mileage reimbursement Scholarship opportunities Recognition programs and referral bonuses Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs Make home visits to clients within the designated geographic territories Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager Execute and properly document doctors' orders Perform client assessments as necessary Case management and coordination Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet Qualifications Current RN license in Maryland Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Excellent time‑management skills Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred Ability to travel to cases as assigned Prior home care experience strongly preferred (but not required) Compensation Base pay: $55.00–$62.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
