Recruiter

We're looking for a motivated, early-career professional to join our team as an Inside Sales / Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone new to the workforce to build a career in sales, talent acquisition, and client relationship management. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while playing a key role in connecting talent with opportunity. This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage candidates for open roles across client accounts Conduct outbound calls and outreach to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and prospective clients Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams Track candidate and client interactions in the CRM/ATS system Meet weekly and monthly activity and placement targets Collaborate with account managers/recruiters on job requirements and hiring needs Represent the company professionally in all candidate and client communications Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience 0–2 years of professional experience (internships welcome) Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with high-volume outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/ATS experience a plus Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Jacksonville, FL area What We Offer Structured onboarding and ongoing sales/recruiting training Base salary plus commission/bonus incentive structure Clear path for career growth into senior recruiting, account management, or sales leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
