Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary interface for inquiries, educating members and advocating for them while delivering best-in-class service. You will handle calls, navigate policies, and stay compliant with evolving regulations. Candidates must reside in Nebraska or the Omaha metro, have a distraction-free workspace, reliable internet, and be prepared for a remote 9–12 week training program.
