Customer Service Advocate

To support customer inquiries in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Advocate will manage member, provider, and broker questions regarding product information, claims resolution, and eligibility while providing education about health and financial programs. Key responsibilities Provide first-level problem resolution to inquiries via telephone, ensuring accurate claim verification and issue resolution Educate customers on product benefits and contractual provisions, documenting all interactions according to departmental procedures Maintain customer records and participate in ongoing education related to new services and industry topics Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Less than one year of customer service experience Experience in a call center customer service role or familiarity with medical or insurance terminology is preferred Demonstrated ability to complete training successfully Proficiency in PC navigation and data entry skills
