This is a true broker environment where your expertise navigating multiple lenders, structuring deals, and solving complex scenarios is valued—not lost in a call-center pipeline Why Broker Processors Choose This Role Hybrid schedule with flexibility to work from Middletown, NJ or Park Ridge, Real broker model – multiple wholesale lenders, no one-size-fits-all Manageable pipeline focused on quality submissions, not file volume Work alongside experienced LOs who understand how to structure deals up front Direct access to decision-makers—no layers of red tape Tight-knit team that values communication and accountability What You’ll Do Manage a pipeline of residential loans across NJ, NY, and CT Evaluate and structure files for the right lender and program from day one Analyze complex borrower profiles (self-employed, layered income, multiple properties) Package and submit clean, broker-quality files to underwriting Drive condition clearing with urgency and precision Coordinate with title companies and attorneys (NY/NJ experience strongly preferred) Ensure compliance with TRID and state-specific requirements Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Encompass (or similar LOS) Act as the central point of communication between LO, borrower, lender, and third parties What You Bring 5+ years of residential processing experience in a mortgage broker environment Strong familiarity with multiple wholesale lenders and their nuances Proven ability to match deals to the right investor and avoid unnecessary conditions Deep knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM products Experience with attorney-state closings (NJ &NY) Advanced income calculation skills (self-employed, commission, complex borrowers) Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance incentives tied to pipeline execution PTO + paid holidays Growth opportunities within a scaling brokerage Why This Role is Different This isn’t a plug-and-play processing job.
