Marketing Coordinator

Build and manage a 3–5× pipeline across payer, provider, and employer leads. Run multi-threaded discovery with medical directors, UM leaders, and procurement. Own proposals, pricing, and light RFP responses; coordinate SME inputs. Forecast weekly in a simple CRM (we value accuracy over volume). Partner with ops to scope SLAs, volumes, letters, criteria use, and escalation paths. Negotiate MSAs/BAAs with support from leadership and outside counsel as needed. Define and iterate on sales collateral and case studies with Marketing. Represent Coordinate at virtual events and selected conferences. Qualifications 3+ years in B2B healthcare services or healthtech sales (payer/provider focus). Familiarity with UM workflows, MCG/InterQual, prior auth, concurrent review. Clear, concise communicator; excellent discovery and objection handling. Comfort with simple, pragmatic CRM hygiene and weekly forecasting. Able to translate clinical/ops nuances into crisp commercial proposals. US work authorization. Nice to Have Hands‑on experience selling to payers/TPAs or large provider groups. Understanding of delegated UM models and accreditation contexts (URAC/NCQA). Network of medical directors and UM leaders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
