• A strong track record of success in automotive dealership management , with demonstrated results in new and used car sales.
• Financial and strategic acumen , with the ability to manage budgets, set goals, and drive profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills , with a focus on mentoring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
