The Accounting Manager – US Lead is responsible for leading the accounting function for the United States, overseeing financial close activities, compliance governance, internal and external audits, financial reporting, and accounting process improvements. This role serves as a key partner to business leaders and shared service teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and alignment with global accounting standards. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $120,000 - $130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will doLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for North AmericaEnsure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements, including reporting package submissions and financial statement preparationPartner with shared services, tax, audit, and global finance teams to support statutory reporting, internal controls, and compliance activitiesDrive accounting process standardization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectivenessSupport business transformation projects, including ERP implementations, organizational changes, and accounting-related integration activitiesWhat we requireBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10 years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory complianceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a corporate environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsWhat we preferCPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced certificationsExperience leading accounting process improvement, standardization, or system implementation initiativesWorking knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, and emerging AI technologiesExperience supporting accounting operations within a manufacturing environmentParticipation in an Accounting or Financial Leadership Development ProgramWhat we offerTaking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
