Customer Service Collector

Customer Service Collector – handles soft collections calls, negotiates payment plans, and ensures compliance with business policies and State & Federal laws. Responsibilities Influence customers toward win‑win resolution by contacting debtors over the phone, both incoming and outgoing, to negotiate and collect past‑due monies. Negotiate payment plans and analyze situations to determine the best course of action while following business practices, policies, and State & Federal laws. Maintain a competitive, goal‑oriented focus and remain professional and friendly at all times. Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills to understand, influence, evaluate, and offer alternatives quickly. Work independently in an At‑Home environment, managing time effectively while remaining ready to work remotely or in‑office as business needs dictate. Be located within one hour drive of 501 W. Church Street, Orlando, FL 32805. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office. At least 1 year of contact center experience. Ability to meet specified home / internet requirements and maintain a dedicated work environment. Work‑From‑Home Requirements Dedicated high‑speed internet connection (DSL or cable only) with minimum 100Mbps download and minimum 6Mbps upload, High‑speed modem providing at least one LAN Fast Ethernet port (≥100Mbps) and secure private home network IP via DHCP for all devices.
