Job Description Call Center Bilingual Collections Representative (English/Spanish) - Hybrid full-time. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish and involves handling billing support, collections management, and customer service for AT&T. The role is hybrid-remote, reporting to the location at 600 NW 79th Ave, Miami, FL 33126, and requires presence in center 3–4 days per week with 1–2 days remote. How You’ll Make an Impact You’ll be trained to recover past-due account balances and retain customers. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers with sensitive billing situations, negotiate payment arrangements, and process payment transactions while upholding commitments to excellent service and customer loyalty. What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like You’ll work in a fast-paced environment handling calls, chats, emails, and other interactions. Simplify explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and AT&T products; process payments; negotiate payment arrangements; support collections, activations, customer service, E‑services, revenue, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required. You’ll work a set schedule including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability for customer calls.
