Position Summary The Lead Recruiter is responsible for leading recruitment efforts across Florida and Michigan, including caregivers and administrative personnel. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a strong hiring pipeline, supporting the current recruiter, and ensuring hiring needs are met across all departments. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and administrative roles Support and direct the current recruiter based on hiring priorities Utilize recruiting platforms such as iSolved, Indeed, and text-based communication tools to engage candidates and manage pipelines Build and maintain relationships with CNA schools, training programs, and community partners Attend hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives Manage sponsorships and identify new pipeline opportunities Post, monitor, and optimize job ads to maintain consistent applicant flow Track recruiting activity and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 2+ years of recruiting experience (non-skilled home care preferred) Experience recruiting caregivers strongly preferred Experience using ATS platforms (iSolved or similar), Indeed, and candidate communication tools Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel locally for recruiting events as needed Why Join Us Competitive pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Virtual healthcare Supplemental Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Supportive, team-oriented work environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
