Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

The Project Manager position is a working manager position that will both fill key restoration technician roles and be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will have a pay rate based on experience in managing projects, workflow, and teams to provide a high level of customer service for residential and commercial customers in the ServiceMaster of Rochester service area. They will be responsible for management of cleaning and restoration jobs including the areas of carpet and upholstery cleaning, fire/smoke/soot cleaning, water damage restoration and other cleaning and restoration services the company provides. This is a working manager position that will require after hours and weekend assignments which may be compensated at higher levels than the base pay.Responsibilities and DutiesThis position will include but is not limited to:Lead, manage and work with restoration technicians on multiple jobsInteract with customers, develop scope of work and work plansComplete insurance company paperwork and digital documentationPrepare and review estimates for new and existing jobsWork with insurance adjusters, agent and insureds dailyMeet insurance company guidelines and timelines as established by each insurance companyPerform and manage fire/smoke/odor cleaning and mitigation as requiredComplete proper documentation within insurance company guidelines for all fire/smoke/odor jobsPerform and manage other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration jobsQualifications and SkillsApplicants must meet the following qualifications:Driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift a minimum of 50 poundsApplicants will undergo a criminal background checkThis business does do random drug testingShould be able to work independently or work with/lead a teamExhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customerWill be responsible for completing insurance company electronic data on every jobOn call time is required and will be compensated higher than regular work hoursHave experience in a disaster restoration or related field (preferred)Possess or have the ability to obtain IICRC certifications (preferred)Have experience managing teamsMedical benefits, pre-tax medical and dependent care plan, profit sharing plan, paid time off, paid training and a fun atmosphere to work in provided. Wage listed is starting wage... additional experience in restoration as well as certifications will affect this wage.
