Project Manager – Commercial GlazingTwin Cities OR Rochester, MN | Direct Hire | $90,000 – $125,000 + BonusKonik is partnering with one of the largest commercial glazing contractors in the Midwest seeking to add a Project Manager to support continued growth. The company has experienced significant expansion in recent years and now ranks among the top glazing contractors nationally, delivering complex façade and curtain wall systems across large commercial projects.This role will focus on field execution, installer coordination, and client communication throughout the lifecycle of commercial glazing projects. While prior glazing experience is helpful and preferred, the organization is open to strong construction project managers who understand general construction processes and are eager to learn the glazing scope.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoy balancing jobsite presence, coordination with installers, and customer-facing project leadership.Project Manager ResponsibilitiesManage commercial glazing projects from award through completion, ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and quality expectationsCoordinate installers, materials, equipment, and internal teams to support efficient project executionServe as the primary point of contact for general contractors, architects, and project stakeholdersReview project estimates, drawings, and specifications during turnover and throughout project executionMonitor field progress, safety, installation quality, and schedule adherence across job sitesCoordinate with internal teams including estimating, CAD, fabrication, and field supervision to ensure successful project deliveryProject Manager QualificationsExperience with curtain wall, window wall, or façade systems5+ years of construction project management experience on projects over $1M in scopeStrong understanding of general construction processes and project coordinationAbility to manage multiple active projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and leadership skills when working with installers, contractors, and clientsExperience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documentsExperience coordinating field operations and construction schedulesAutoCAD knowledge or drafting experience is a plusAdditional Role DetailsApproximately 50% office / 50% field presencePosition ideally based in Rochester, though Twin Cities candidates are also consideredCompensation & BenefitsBase salary $90,000 - $125,000 depending on experienceQuarterly bonus program based on company performanceTypical bonus potential around $15,000 annually$500 monthly vehicle allowance401(k) with company matchComprehensive health and dental insuranceKonik is an equal opportunity employer.
