Location/Division Specific Information

CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time - a concept that we internally accept as “There is a Patient Waiting.” Our unique blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, bio-repository storage and much more. A day in the Life:

• Preparation of invoices & billing packages for delivery to our customers
• Billing of customers for services purchased
• Develop key operating metrics
• Reviews invoices prior to submission to our customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Reviews contracts & configures invoicing according to agreed terms
• Ensures adequate controls during developing invoicing
• Suggest / Implement process improvements
• Ad Hoc accounting projects

Keys to Success:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Bachelors Degree with 1+ year of related experience, Associates Degree with 2+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3+ years of related experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Suite
• Experience with Invoicing and Billing
• Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

The position is administrative, is positioned in an office environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, walking, and talking as well as exerting up to 20lbs of force occasionally.
