Immediate need for a dynamic Community Manager to manage three of our assets in the southern Fort Worth suburbs! This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the residential property management field. The modern day manufactured home community has evolved into a desired and viable choice in today's increasingly expensive housing markets and we're at the leading edge of this new trend. Career growth opportunities are exceptional within the Cairn Communities team as we're currently experiencing exponential growth, specifically in Texas.

The scope of the position includes all phases of property management including sales & marketing, collections, contractor/vendor coordination, P&L/budgeting, property maintenance, regulatory compliance, and resident relations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the residential property management industry with experience in any related fields such as manufactured home communities, apartments, single family home rentals, or RV resorts. The qualified applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Manage America, Rent Manager or Yardi. Bilingual capability in Spanish/English is a requirement in executing the business plan for these assets.

Competitive compensation package includes base salary plus commissions, performance bonuses, and annual bonuses. On-site housing in these communities is available as a component of the compensation package.
