Business Development Specialist For the New York Office of a Prestigious Mid-Sized Law Firm Responsibilities Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and other business development materials for attorneys and practice groups. Conduct client, industry, competitor, and market research to support targeting efforts and strategic growth initiatives. Maintain and update experience databases, attorney biographies, practice descriptions, and other marketing collateral. Assist with the preparation of directory and ranking submissions, including data collection, drafting, and deadline management. Prepare client meeting materials, background research, talking points, and follow-up resources for attorney business development efforts. Monitor industry trends and client developments, leveraging AI and research tools to enhance business development processes and reporting. Qualifications 3+ years of business development, marketing, or client development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Bachelor's degree required. Strong research, writing, and editing skills with the ability to produce polished work under tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, senior stakeholders, and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar preferred. Salary: $90k–$120k #J-18808-Ljbffr
