Overall responsibility for achieving project goals—from planning to successful completion Leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams Organizational design of the project, in particular the distribution of tasks, competencies, and responsibilities Proactive communication and transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders Management and controlling of schedule, budget, and performance progress Preparation, moderation, and documentation of project meetings and decision documents Your profile Successfully completed technical studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering etc.) or comparable qualification Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry Confident use of project management methods and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, Polarion High level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team Strategic thinking paired with a hands‑on mentality, leadership skills in a project environment, willingness to perform, perseverance, and resilience Business fluent in German and English skills Work at RAPA RAPA is a recognized development partner and supplier for the automotive industry, as well as numerous customers in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
