Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to diverse needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address issues such as grief, abuse, family conflicts, and adjustment difficulties.

• Facilitate communication among family members, enhancing understanding and conflict resolution.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights that enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in alignment with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Provide referrals to additional resources or services as necessary to meet the holistic needs of the client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position includes a broad spectrum of clients ranging from adults to children and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals dealing with various challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical issues, and adjustments related to separation or divorce. Our approach emphasizes a holistic understanding of each client’s unique circumstances to provide tailored, impactful therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.

• Previous experience working with family systems and a variety of therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record systems can enhance effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive salaries.
