Business Operations Associate
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Operations Associate to join our growing office moving, logistics, and supply chain management company in Beltsville, MD.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to launch a long-term career in operations, logistics, technology, and leadership while working directly with our VP of Technology & Operations.
Position: Business Operations Associate
Location: Beltsville, MD
Salary: $60,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational oversight of warehouse and moving operations
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Manage technology systems, tracking platforms, and reporting
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and office teams
- Assist with fleet management, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Support implementation of new systems and operational procedures
- Participate in special projects and leadership initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and software systems
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership potential and desire for career growth
