Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Perspectives Wellness, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with various challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy sessions, focusing on identifying issues such as communication breakdowns, conflicts, and emotional distress.

• Address pressing issues impacting families, including alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, medical conditions, and job stress.

• Guide clients through life transitions such as separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics, providing essential coping strategies and support.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and digital tools to track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in case management, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n
