Description

The primary responsibilities of the Leasing Manager are as follows: to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers in the surrounding area, lease and pre-lease apartments; assist with resident relations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify each key business that is hiring in the surrounding property's area.
• Answer telephones per company policy.
• Greet residents and prospects promptly with a friendly welcome.
• Abide by Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
• Complete guest cards on all prospects.
• Take all prospects on a complete tour of the premises.
• Promote resident retention by establishing a good rapport with the residents.
• Complete necessary administrative duties.
