International shipping coordinator

responsibilities:

• Oversee the Freight Exception Queue by identifying assigned plants for non-auto-coding freight bills and applying the correct General Ledger accounts to invoices.

• Efficiently look up Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Sales Orders (SO) in SAP while cross-referencing the Handling Unit 2 Field.

• Cross-reference carrier websites and documents, utilizing your familiarity with Bills of Lading, references, and locations to ensure accurate shipment coding.

• Drive transportation compliance and continuous improvement by coordinating import and export shipments and expertly managing all freight documentation.
