As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a positive check-in and check-out experience.
• Managing appointment schedules to optimize patient care and office flow.
• Handling patient financing and dental insurance inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Generating and analyzing Dentrix reports to support office operations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient financing and dental insurance processes.
• Proficiency in Dentrix reporting and office management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and attention to detail.
