Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and preventive care Prepare and sterilize instruments, operatories, and dental equipment following infection control protocols Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist Record patient medical histories, treatment notes, and updates in the dental practice management system Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and answer clinical questions Assist with lab work, impressions, and fabrication of temporary restorations Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant clinical environment Requirements: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in the state of Tennessee Current CPR/BLS certification required Experience with dental radiography and infection control procedures Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor About Us: Ricafort Dental PLLC is a trusted dental practice proudly serving the Murfreesboro, TN community with high-quality, comprehensive dental care.
