What You'll Do:

• Operate rod manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components.

• Prepare, assemble, and finish rod parts, including reel seats, handles, and guides.

• Ensure all products meet strict quality standards by following detailed specifications.

• Achieve daily production targets efficiently and accurately.

• Support additional manufacturing tasks as needed to meet team goals.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience with hand tools or craftsmanship-related work is a plus; manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks.

• Physical ability to stand, move freely throughout the workday, and safely lift up to 30 lbs.

• A team-oriented attitude, with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

Shift Details:

• Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
