Job Summary:
Infusion Nurse in an ambulatory infusion center setting. This position involves providing specialized infusion therapies to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including MS, Geriatrics, Neuro, Transplant, and Obstetric patients. The role requires delivering safe patient care according to clinical protocols and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, days only, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid State (compact) license, certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), at least 0 years of experience, ambulatory infusion center experience preferred, applicable certifications, and willingness to complete REMS training if necessary
• Certifications: BLS
• Skills: Accessing and managing ports, infusion pump operation, administration of blood and blood products, administration of coagulation factors, antibiotics, port care, central line blood draws, IV management, infection control precautions, PICC line care, fluids, emergency treatment for reactions, and drug administration for MS, GI, Neuro, and Transplant patients
• Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics
• Additional Information: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience and possess a valid state license. Travel experience is required. No weekends or holidays are scheduled. Candidates should be prepared to float between nearby facilities as needed. References covering at least 1 year are required.
