Product Designer

Stampin' Up! is hiring a Product Designer in Riverton, UT (onsite) to help bring new crafting products and experiences from early concept through production. The position combines creative design, product development, and hands‑on experimentation to support approachable, inspiring ways for people to discover the joy of making. Design and illustrate new products, including crafting kits, stamps, paper collections, tools, accessories, and other creative offerings aligned with business strategy and customer needs. Convert innovative concepts into products that make crafting more approachable, achievable, and inspiring. Develop engaging products and projects that support connecting people through creative crafting experiences. Complete product assignments with increasing independence while maintaining quality standards and meeting project timelines. Use hands‑on experimentation to explore new materials, techniques, and creative possibilities. Participate in reviews, provide progress updates, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams. Learn and apply product design standards, manufacturing requirements, brand guidelines, and best practices. Verify engineered artwork and physical products for accuracy and production readiness. Requirements A serial hobbyist who is energized by learning new creative skills, tools, techniques, and craft categories. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Product Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related creative role. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop , Illustrator , and/or InDesign . Ability to work across multiple mediums and apply creative direction in support of product strategy and business objectives. Strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to independently prioritize and deliver accurate, high‑quality work within deadlines. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a team environment. Ability to embrace feedback, iterate designs, and adapt with a growth mindset. Passion for creating approachable and inspiring crafting experiences.
