Clayton Services is searching for a Sales Coordinator to join a growing company in Houston. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping maintain accurate records, coordinate sales activities, and ensure customer and internal requests are handled efficiently. Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Enter, maintain, and update sales and equipment information within company systems.
• Process sales-related paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, records, and other sales information.
• Maintain equipment information, including photos, evaluations, and supporting documentation.
• Track incoming sales leads and route information to the appropriate team members.
• Gather and organize information related to prospective customers and sales opportunities.
• Monitor service repairs, approvals, and equipment status as needed.
• Assist with coordinating equipment movement, deliveries, and other sales-related logistics.
• Maintain accurate training and activity records for the sales team.
• Track project information and assist with basic status reporting.
• Answer and direct phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and other sales activities.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure requests and information are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide additional clerical and administrative support as needed.

Sales Coordinator Skills and Abilities:

• Previous administrative, sales support, customer service, clerical, or data entry experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, sales representatives, and other departments.

Sales Coordinator Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, customer service, or data entry position is preferred.
