Sales Coordinator

Northwest Houston | Direct Hire | Full-Time | 100% In Office Salary: $45,000–$50,000 We are partnering with an established Houston-area company seeking a Sales Coordinator to support customers throughout the post-sale process. This role will handle order processing, customer requests, and project coordination while working closely with internal departments to ensure everything moves smoothly from order through completion. Please Note: We are seeking candidates with professional office experience supporting customer orders and projects for a company that provides products to its customers. This is not a sales, call center, or retail customer service position. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders, exchanges, returns, and related requests Respond to questions regarding orders, pricing, product information, availability, and shipping status Coordinate with internal departments to keep customer orders and projects moving forward Obtain purchase order numbers and payment information as needed Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records Track open orders and requests and provide follow-up through completion Assist with resolving order discrepancies, changes, and other customer needs Verify and update customer account information Provide occasional front-office and administrative support as needed Qualifications Previous experience in sales support, order processing, customer support, project coordination, or a similar office-based role Experience supporting customer orders and projects within a product-based business Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly Experience with CRM, ERP, order management, or similar business systems is a plus Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist others Education High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Benefits & Perks Direct hire opportunity Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Excellent benefits package 10% 401(k) match after six months Stable company with a strong team culture What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes keeping everything moving after the sale.
