HR Coordinator II – Talent Acquisition
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Assignment: 6-month W2 contract with potential for extension
Pay: $28-30 / HR
We are seeking an HR Coordinator II to support Talent Acquisition operations for a global technology and advanced manufacturing organization. This role will primarily support the hiring and onboarding of manufacturing candidates while providing a high level of service to candidates, employees, recruiters, and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and experienced working within a fast-paced HR, recruiting, administrative, or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end hiring process for manufacturing candidates.
Coordinate interviews, calendars, and candidate communications.
Verify job and candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare offer letters and coordinate required approvals.
Initiate and support pre-hire onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records and audit data for completeness.
Provide professional, high-touch support to candidates, employees, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Assist with administrative processes, reporting, and special projects.
Coordinate candidate interview travel when necessary.
Identify creative solutions to improve processes and resolve day-to-day challenges.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Administration, Recruiting Coordination, or Customer Service.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
Strong scheduling and calendar management skills, including Outlook.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
