Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team in San Antonio. This role involves providing evidence-based nursing care to adult and elderly patients who are in recovery from various conditions, including strokes, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, and other complex medical situations. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their needs. Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient. Administer medications and manage wound care and mobility challenges. Educate patients and their families about care processes and recovery strategies. Work collaboratively with therapists and physicians to ensure comprehensive care. Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients. Foster a compassionate, mission-driven, and team-oriented environment while mentoring junior staff members. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
