Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Connecticut state licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide speech-language therapy
• Deliver direct interventions to students individually or in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings and team planning as a valued member of the support staff
